This Policy describes the personal information Shop OPSEU (the “Website”) collects about you, why we collect it, and how we use it. Shop OPSEU wants to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us so we will only send you promotional communications if you’ve requested them. What is "phishing"?

"Phishing" is a scam designed to steal your personal information. If you receive an email that looks like it is from us asking you for your personal information, do not respond. We will never request your password, user name, credit card information or other personal information through email.

We may retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Children are not eligible to use the Website. OPSEU is concerned about the privacy and safety of children when they use the Internet. OPSEU does not and will not knowingly request or collect information online from children under the age of 13.
